Tavri does not sell personal information, run advertising trackers, or use analytics cookies on its public marketing site. Our first-party analytics are designed to measure aggregate site use without maintaining a long-term visitor identity.
1. Scope and responsible organization
This Privacy Policy applies to tavri.com, the Tavri investor portal, forms and communications submitted through those services, and related online services that link to this policy. Tavri Inc., located in Casper, Wyoming, United States, is responsible for the information described here.
This policy does not govern third-party websites or services that Tavri links to. Their own privacy policies apply when you leave Tavri's services.
2. Information we collect
Public website use
Our first-party website measurement may receive the page path, Tavri host, request time, and the hostname of the referring site. The server also receives network information necessary to deliver the requested page, including an IP address and browser request headers.
Contact communications
If you contact Tavri, we collect the name, email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We also receive ordinary delivery and security information associated with the submission.
Investor portal
If you use the investor portal, we may collect account credentials, profile and organization information, contact details, messages, document activity, and records needed to operate and secure the portal. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than readable text.
Cookies and local preferences
The public marketing site does not use analytics cookies or browser storage to identify visitors. The investor portal uses an essential secure session cookie for authentication. User-selected interface preferences, such as theme or sidebar state, may be saved on the device so the portal can remember the requested setting.
3. Privacy-first website analytics
Tavri operates a first-party analytics system to understand aggregate visits, pageviews, popular pages, and referring domains. We do not use third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, precise geolocation, or device fingerprinting for this purpose.
The application does not store the raw network address in its marketing analytics record. It immediately transforms the address using a keyed one-way process and a reporting-period value. The resulting pseudonymous value rotates each reporting period and is used only to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly within that period. It is not used to create a long-term visitor profile.
Public human pageview records are normally removed within 48 hours. Reports retained after that period contain aggregate statistics rather than visitor-level identifiers. The tracker does not run when a supported browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the website and portal, respond to inquiries, authenticate authorized users, deliver requested documents and communications, understand aggregate website performance, protect systems and users, investigate misuse, satisfy legal obligations, and establish or defend legal rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Tavri relies on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing its services, consent when specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate to the activity.
6. Retention
Public human pageview records are normally retained for no more than 48 hours. Aggregate traffic reports may be kept longer because they do not contain visitor identities or raw network addresses.
Contact records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. Investor portal account, communication, and access records are retained for the applicable relationship and afterward as needed for security, contractual, regulatory, and legal purposes.
Standard infrastructure and security logs may contain an IP address, request details, timestamps, and browser headers. They are retained only as reasonably necessary for reliability, fraud prevention, incident response, and legal compliance. Retention may be extended when information is needed to investigate an incident, comply with law, or preserve legal claims.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You can enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in a supported browser to stop Tavri's public pageview tracker. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. The rights available to you depend on where you live and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, including California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, may submit a request by emailing info@tavri.com. We may need to verify the request before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. Tavri will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Security and international transfers
Tavri uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Tavri is based in the United States. If you access our services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or another location where our providers operate. Where required, Tavri uses appropriate measures for international transfers.
9. Children
Tavri's services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
