About This Role

Join our core team to build a non-custodial wallet platform focused on multi-signature security and innovative dispute resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in production environments
  • Strong frontend skills: React.js, CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion (bonus)
  • Solid backend expertise: Node.js (or Python/Go), REST/GraphQL, authentication/authorization patterns
  • Database design: relational (Postgres/MySQL) or document (MongoDB/Couch) with performance tuning
  • Infrastructure savvy: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation, AWS/GCP services
  • Familiarity with crypto primitives (seed-phrase management, transaction signing) and dispute workflows
  • DevOps mindset: CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
  • Test-driven: Jest/Mocha, pytest, or Go testing suite with coverage and continuous integration
  • Ownership mentality: comfortable making end-to-end technical decisions in a fast-moving startup

Compensation

Equity-Only Compensation: 5% – 10% of Tavri (4 yr vest, 1 yr cliff)

About This Role

Shape the user experience for our next-generation wallet platform, combining security with exceptional design and intuitive interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • End-to-end UI/UX design (wireframes → high-fi mockups → interactive prototypes)
  • Expert in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, InVision)
  • Strong visual design: typography, color theory, iconography, micro-interactions
  • Experience building & maintaining design systems/component libraries
  • User research & usability testing (interviews, journey mapping, A/B testing)
  • Data-driven: defining UX metrics & using analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) to iterate
  • Familiarity with crypto wallet flows (seed phrase, send/receive, escrow) and mediation/dispute UIs
  • Comfortable collaborating with React engineers (handoffs, CSS-in-JS/Tailwind awareness)
  • Excellent communicator: presenting design rationale and soliciting feedback in fast-moving teams
